support
A roll that won't send, prints that never turned up, a gift code that won't redeem — write to us and a person will read it. There is no ticket queue and no phone tree.
Email us at info@frameworthy.ca.
To save a round trip, include whatever of this you have: the email address on your account, roll or order number, the gift code if it's about a gift, and what you expected to happen versus what did.
rolls and prints
when will my prints arrive?
A roll seals itself at frame 24 and develops overnight. Prints are then produced and posted, and typically land about a week later. We mail within Canada only for now.
can I see the photos before they're printed?
No, and that is deliberate rather than a limitation. There are no previews, no in-app album, and nothing written to your camera roll. Once your prints are delivered, the digital copies unlock in the app for you to keep.
how many frames are on a roll?
Twenty-four. Add doubles and you get 48 prints — two of every frame, in the same envelope.
my prints arrived damaged, or never arrived
Email us with your order details and what went wrong, and we will take it from there. If a print was damaged in the post, a photograph of it helps.
can I cancel a roll after it seals?
Once a roll has gone off to be produced we may not be able to pull it back before it is printed, and once prints are in the post they cannot be recalled. Write to us as soon as you can and we will tell you honestly where the order has got to.
paying and pricing
what does it cost?
Your first roll is free. After that a roll is $24, or $30 with doubles. Prints and postage are included in the price of a roll.
how do gift rolls work?
You buy a roll and send the code. The code is the credential, so whoever redeems it needs no account of their own — they pick their film, shoot 24 frames, and the prints are mailed to their address. Codes don't expire.
I have a code that won't redeem
Send us the code and the email address you're using, and we will look it up.
your account and your data
how do I get a copy of my data, or delete my account?
Write to privacy@frameworthy.ca and we will respond within 30 days. Our privacy policy sets out what we hold, where it is stored, and how long we keep it.
where are my photographs stored?
In Cloudflare R2, separately from your account records. The privacy policy covers this in full, including the countries involved. Your photographs are used for one thing only: producing and delivering your prints.
